On October 10th, 2020, Glodon signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" with the relevant shareholders of Luoyang Hongye Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongye Technology"). Hongye Technology will be incorporated into Glodon as our wholly-owned subsidiary of Glodon after the transaction completes.
Mr. Diao Zhizhong, founder and chairman of Glodon, and Wang Xiaojun, founder and chairman of Hongye Technology, signed the contract on behalf of Glodon and Hongye Technology. Senior managers of both parties witnessed the signing.
Hongye Technology serves in the field of engineering CAD design and urban informatized construction, and is committed to the research and development of municipal administration, construction, factories and urban informatized construction application software.
The strategic acquisition of Hongye Technology will help Glodon expand design business by forming complementary advantages to strengthen its core competitiveness.
