The delegates from Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "CIAP") and Department of Trade and Industry of Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "DTI") visited Glodon Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Glodon")  Beijing from 25th Jun to 26th Jun, 2019.

Glodon has started Philippines business since 2015 with 150 end-users. Under the background of “Philippine Construction Industry Roadmap 2020-2030”, Glodon is pleased to make more contribution to the digital revolution of Philippines AEC industry, which not only includes BIM technology, but also Digital Building and Smart City technology.

On 25th Jun, 2019, Mr. Zhu Yali, the Vice President of Glodon, Mr. Ethan Chiu, Director of the International Business Development Department,  and Mr. Frank Xu, the Philippines Branch Manager of Glodon attended the official meeting with CIAP delegates. Mr. Zhu Yali delivered a welcome speech to CIAP delegates, and introduced Glodon. During visiting of Glodon Digital Building Exhibition Room, CIAP delegates knew more about Glodon digital platform and services, and the development plan for Global Digital Building.

Meanwhile, the CIAP deletages visited International Product Development Department (Cubicost), and had a deep talking with Cubicost product developers. With the hardworking of Cubicost product development team, Cubicost has several new versions upgraded every year for each country calculation rule. The BIM technology is turning more and more popular in Philippines, and the number of company that adopts BIM is increasing from 2018. Glodon is looking forward to making more contribution to Philippines BIM technology development.

On 26 Jun, the CIAP deletages visited the Ice Cube Construction Site of 2022 Beijing Olympic Games, where will consider Glodon as the main Digital Construction Management Tool & Platform service provider, including Cubicost, G-Site Platform, Smart Helmet and Banma Process Management Platform. From this visiting tour, delegates had a better understanding of Smart Site application in China.

During two days visiting, the CIAP delegates had meetings with leaders and technicians from Chinese government, several associations and Glodon. Under the policy of “The Belt and Road”, Glodon and CIAP are willing to work hard together to embrace in-depth transformation for Philippines AEC Industry.
