It is turning 4 years-old for Glodon Cubicost C version, and we’re glad to announce that Glodon Cubicost C-IV version is officially launched in Malaysia. Besides, we’re also proud to introduce a new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Quantity Takeoff Software to be launched in Malaysia, the TME C!
The series of Glodon Cubicost C-IV were successfully launched in end of March 2022 across SEA region, which including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand etc. For Malaysia, we’ve more than 1000 attendees to witness the launches of Cubicost TAS, TRB and TBQ C-IV, as well as TME C. This year, the event is hosted by Kimberly Lau, the Account Manager of Glodon Malaysia and began by the Managing Director of Glodon Southeast Asia, Mr Andy Zhang to deliver the welcome speech for Malaysia. “Glodon Malaysia have more than 500 AEC firms that have already adopted Glodon Cubicost 5D BIM Solutions, including 150 consultant firms, 350 contractors’ firm and 12 universities. “ said by Andy. He also mentioned that Glodon will continue to focus more on the construction stage such as progress claim, sub-contractor management etc. This may assist contractor to have better cost management during the construction stage as well as to maximise the project by using Glodon Cubicost 5D BIM solution.

Also, we’ve glad that the product launch was officiated by Dato Ir Ahmad ‘Asri Abdul Hamid, Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia. In his speech, he mentioned that CIDB has established myBIM Centre as one-stop reference, support, services, and capacity building centre. CIDB will continue to promote the use of BIM and Digital Data to the construction industry through the Construction 4.0 Strategic Plan (2021 – 2025) which will provide the framework to boost the construction industry capabilities on the era of 4th Industrial Revolution.

(BCISM) in promoting the Cost Data published by the National Construction Cost Centre (N3C), a centralised building cost information centre for the construction industry in Malaysia. N3C provides contractors and industry players access to broad and deep industry data to enable more accurate and efficient data-driven decision-making processes.” Said by Dato Asri.
Next, the keynote speakers of TAS, TRB & TBQ, Sam Tan and Ng Soo Keen have demonstrated the various features of Cubicost C-IV, and how the products have improved for a better usage to the users. The new features cover Project Attributes, Check Segmentation, Upgraded Ui & UX interface and etc.

Moreover, the launch of TME C was presented by Mr Chuah Lu Sheng, Country Product Manager and he highlighted few important features of TME C that able to assist users to accelerate the MEP quantity takeoff process and increase team efficacy in the industry.
